It’s easy to stay on a path simply because it’s familiar. But everything changed once I stepped away from routine and embraced a new adventure.
When we packed up and moved to Las Vegas in 2013, I had no idea just how much that leap would reshape every part of my life. I was 23, finishing my master’s in accounting, and already had that gut feeling telling me something wasn’t right. I had worked hard to get there, but sitting behind a desk didn’t feel like the future I wanted. So when my then-boyfriend, now husband, was offered a job in Nevada, I didn’t overthink it. I said, “Yes!”
That yes changed everything.
In California, I had already started working on my real estate license, and the move became the push I needed to fully commit to a new direction. Real estate felt like the right fit: fast-paced, relationship-driven, and full of opportunity to build something on my own terms. Getting licensed in Nevada in 2014 was just the beginning. I didn’t know the market, the neighborhoods, or a single person in town. Everything was unfamiliar, and the only way forward was to dive in.

It took time, but I learned the city block by block, embracing every opportunity and challenge. I thrived in the pace, the unpredictability, and the personal connection. It gave me exactly the kind of freedom and energy I’d been looking for. And throughout the process, I fell in love with Las Vegas and its variety. From quiet desert landscapes and mountain trails to vibrant, fast-growing communities, each area has something unique to offer.
In my first year, I earned Rookie of the Year, and over the next decade, I kept climbing. I’ve now been in the business for 11 years, and in 2025, I ranked #358 out of 18,000 agents in Las Vegas. What I’ve learned is that success in real estate isn’t just about sales, it’s about consistency, showing up when others won’t, and understanding that this process is deeply personal for every client. I’ve become known for being hands-on, detail-driven, and always available. I stay involved in every part of the transaction because I care about doing things right.
In 2024, we welcomed our daughter Savannah. She’s the light of our lives, and becoming a parent has added a whole new layer of meaning to everything. Our family now lives on a half-acre property with three rescue dogs, three rescue cats, and our desert tortoise, Frank, who’s 35 years old. We gutted the house ourselves—originally planning to create a rental—but we ended up falling in love with it. With wide open space and endless weekend projects, it quickly became home. That hands-on renovation experience gave me a deeper understanding of design, budgeting, and project timelines, and it’s something I now bring to the table for my clients every day.

Becoming a mom has shifted how I view everything, especially my time and energy. For the first time, I’m building a team and planning for long-term growth in a way that supports both my business and my family. I’m excited to support new agents as they enter the industry, sharing the high standards and work ethic that have shaped my own success. My husband and I dream of eventually building custom homes together on land we develop ourselves. It’s the next evolution of what we’ve already started. Real estate has become the framework for a life that gives me purpose, freedom, and the ability to help others do the same.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that you can’t wait for perfect timing, or to have everything perfectly mapped out. You have to trust your instincts, take the leap, and be willing to grow into the unknown.
One of the things I’m best known for is being fully involved in every step of the process, from the first conversation to closing day and beyond. My clients work directly with me, and I pride myself on being accessible, responsive, and proactive. Whether it's a first-time buyer who needs extra guidance or a seller preparing for a fast turnaround, I’m there with clear communication, a game plan, and genuine care. I take the time to educate my clients so they feel confident making informed decisions. As someone who relocated to Las Vegas myself, I understand the needs of clients whether they’re moving across town or across the country. Real estate is a huge milestone in someone’s life, and I treat it with the attention and respect it deserves.
Beyond the transaction itself, I bring added value through experience with renovations, design ideas, and a trusted network of contractors and vendors. I’ve even jumped in to help paint or pull carpet when needed because, for me, it’s never just about closing a deal. It’s about showing up, making the process feel manageable, and building real relationships. I want my clients to feel informed, supported, and confident from start to finish.
Sincerely,
Stephanie Moore
